Ceramic Bowls

from $10.00

These ceramic bowls are beautifully glazed on the interior with raw material on the exterior. These are meant to serve multiple purposes, from mixing cookie dough or letting dough rise to presenting salads or pasta dishes. Try using the french strategy of mise en place, measuring all your ingredients prior to beginning the baking or cooking process. These bowls are perfect for that! Store them as a set and nest them together to save on space.

If you want to protect the raw material, just rub a food safe oil liberally, let it sit for 5-10 min. and then wipe away excess. Otherwise, embrace the patina.

Dishwasher safe but mild detergent and mild temps are recommended. For longevity its always best to hand wash, however. After washing, let them dry completely before placing on the bottom of the bowl. It needs to breathe since the material is raw.

Microwave safe. Oven safe up to 200 degrees.

Made by Knabstrup Keramik, an old Danish ceramic brand that was established in 1622 and closed down in 1988. KK re-opened in 2017 with intention to keep the Danish tradition of ceramics alive. You can see the pride and love for the craft in each and every piece.
